Dug out my old PS2 and have a small collection of games and a few controllers. I dont think I'll ever play them again, but it feels dumb to just toss them. What should I do with them?

@TapaiBalazs @housecor Great addition, which pairs well with all three of my points. It takes time to get the requirements right in the planning.

@MaartenBicknese @housecor I would add unclear requirements to this. How many times has it happened that something came up during development that needed to change some other parts of the app, just because there were no clear requirements.

@housecor 🗓️planning - the developer and potentially the team needs to design the architecture and implementation to some level. At least there needs to be an interface to test against. Which might fight agile practices and also feeds into the time argument. 🧵4/4
