@JGelnar7 There were specific occasions when I could pick up the changes in finger pressure or movement based on which muscles were flexing on the pitchers forearm. Takes a certain level of muscular definition from your opponent but can be extremely helpful.

To all the collegiate, HS and youth athletes who trained with us this summer, thank you for trusting us and our process and helping with your process. As we head back into the school year, don’t hesitate to reach out call or ask for guidance. We as a staff are here for you guys. It was a fun one summer 2023, thankful for culture that’s grown here.
