@cece_304 @cfuchstv As a black queer woman, I can totally emphasize with this. Often within my own community I see a lot of under representation and issues that aren't fully addressed. Especially on the topic of black men! They're ostracized by their fellow brothers because of toxic masculinity.

Media often overlooks marginalized identities, especially intersectional ones like being queer and Arab. The white LGBTQ+ experience is used as an encompassing meter for what all queer experiences are like, which only forsakes queer POC narratives entirely. @cfuchstv #304F23
