@maccas ordered food from your Lakehaven store today and again items were missing (fries and drink) @UberEats app doesn’t allow you to specify which missing items and you end up getting refunded what was literally $1 when you have been ripped off for much more. How can this be allowed?

Hey @maccas your app is terribly slow. Looks pretty but it takes almost 1& 1/2 minutes just to order coffee at drive thru. Frustratingly slow.

@maccas Your branch outside Lakeside Shopping Centre Joondalup Dr, Perth, 6027, is a health hazard and was disgustingly filthy. The floor, counters were dirty and bins, tables, etc. were not cleared. Management was not interested in my complaint. Children’s play area was dirty.

Hey @maccas hubby had a tough day and unfortunately the crew at Rouse Hill messed up his one comfort Food that helps him cope. Instead they gave him 1x McChicken 1x double McChicken And no sweet and sour sauce 🫤 Has been trying to call but no one is picking up the phone.
