Progressing through my Tommy John Repair recovery. First day throwing FB and CH (vid 1 FB, vid 2 CH), feeling strong and lose and ready to get better.

10 weeks post Tommy John Light, been working on getting stronger and explosive while I ramp up to start throwing progressions next week. (525x3) (400x8)
