On this day(yesterday technically) the Pittsburgh Penguins got rid of one of the best defensemen to ever play the game. I was really excited for @matt_dumba to be a part of the Pittsburgh family. You were supposed to be the backbone and anchor of the team for the next 4-5 years. Well, I guess it’s not in the cards. Best of luck my friend.

Correct. I still wouldn’t have EK65 on my team roster.. probably at all. Though that Mr tnt award changed me a bit…
So yes, I don’t want 65 on the roster but also Dumba was better than literally everyone. Especially 27 and 75. No offense to those guys but Dumba is light years better

Tough to bench Brazeau cause you’d obviously like his size but creating offense in the playoffs is so hard, I think it makes more sense to have someone like Novak who can make really precise, skilled plays (and bump over to center in an emergency)

Soderblom has massively outplayed Brazeau since he arrived.
I mentioned taking out Novak but I like this too. Keep the OG 4th line and keep a similar 3rd line. Big boi out, even bigger boi in.
Brazeau will be needed when the time is right. Pens have depth.
