Emotional overreactions to trades on here are so predictable.
No, you don't know who "won" the trade, and you probably won't for at least a couple years. (i.e. KC ended up winning the Tyreek trade.)
And no, the 49ers don't "have to do something ASAP" just because a rival predictably tried to address one of their own weaknesses. Business carries on just as it always did. SF will make its moves when the opportunities present themselves
The #Chiefs are releasing former starting OT Jawaan Taylor, creating some much-needed cap space, source says.
Due a $27.4M cap hit, Taylor’s absence creates breathing room.
Free agent WR’s Romeo Doubs and Jalen Nailor are considered very good fits for the 49ers, per @JFowlerESPN
Which receiver would you want the 49ers to sign out of these two?

@stoolpresidente 4 out of the last 6 super bowl losers missed the playoffs the following year and all of those teams were better than this Pats team. Start scouting top 10 2027 draft prospects
GRINDING OUT THE PROFITS:
The 4-Win Factor -
Three NFL teams have made it to the Super Bowl after winning 4 or fewer games the previous season.
All three of them lost the Super Bowl, but none of them lost money, as they went 2-0-1 ATS.

CBS has Maxx Crosby as a potential trade candidate this offseason and lists the 49ers as one of the teams who could trade for him
What it would probably cost:
First round pick
Second round pick
And now would be a good time for Kyle Shanahan to sit Brock Purdy so that he doesn't enter the offseason with an unnecessary injury.
The 49ers have an excellent QB — that's what matters most in the big-picture foundation. Keep him healthy to begin the replenishment effort
Nobody wants to hear this right now because of who is doing this to them and the score, but the fact that the 49ers are in this situation and have made it this far after everything they've been through this season makes it an incredibly successful year.
Ranking the 8 QBs left in the NFL Playoffs
(How many points they're worth vs. average QB)
Josh Allen (+5)
Matthew Stafford (+4)
Drake Maye (+2)
Brock Purdy (+1)
CJ Stroud (+1)
Sam Darnold (+1)
Caleb Williams (0)
Bo Nix (-1)
Proximity to an electrical substation has sparked a theory for the rash of 49ers' injuries. One potential flaw in the argument? They're practiced in the same facility since 1988. Since then, they've won three Super Bowls and qualified for three others. nbcsports.com/nfl/profootbal…
@LombardiHimself the 1 seed has gotten the Saturday game every year since they went to 7 playoff teams unless they were lined up to play the MNF winner
3 short weeks in 4 games for the 49ers. This would be a major, major issue even if they were healthy. It’s a significant competitive disadvantage. No other way around it
Eagles vs 49ers: Official Prediction:
The Eagles have the edge at QB, HC, OLine & DLine
The only way they lose this game is if they are sloppy like they have been too often this year
I’d be surprised if they look completely different than the team they have all year but I do think they turn in one of their best games of the season and that should be good enough to win
