If you think that Xbox is going to convince Microsoft to put the exclusive genie back in the bottle, I have $80 billion to give you. Timed exclusivity? Possible. - Satya is the one who wanted to get rid of exclusives. Satya is still the head of Microsoft. - MS would have to go back to shareholders and explain to SOFTWARE company shareholders why they are going to now make less money by not selling on the largest console platform. - Helix is selling as a PC/ hybrid from all accounts. Limiting where they sell games is a good way to lose a ton of money based on their model and lower console sales. - Xbox owes Microsoft a shit load of money as a subsidiary for acquisitions. Telling them “hey those billions we just made, we are gonna go ahead and cut that off.” Just 4 reasons why. If those discussions are happening, better them in the cubicle.

@DetectiveSeeds So how will xbox as a hardware survive without exclusives ? If your answer is you dont care or think its no big deal thats fine for your own pov but as someone who likes games (actually) and am not a fan boy id prefer a reason to own my xbox , like my Playstation.

I personally don’t care lol, but I don’t like exclusives. As a PlayStation fan, I dont buy the console for playstation exclusives. Hell, most of the games I play 80% of the time are not first party games. So I hope xbox stays multi plat, I like some of their games and want to continue playing them on my playstation 💁‍♂️ I am consistent on this shit
