A question I ask myself all the time That I consider important during the initial evaluation part will this athlete get better inspite of me or because of me now depending on which side that particular athlete fall on is when you can truly start to write there individualized training regiment otherwise it’s a disservice ⚡️P.S it’s never because of me it’s always the athlete 😎

Hurdle warm-up area's: This is my opinion....if you have a general warmup area (e.g. ball courts, gym, turf)...that is for general warm-ups and drilling. "Drilling" = anything outside of starts to 1H1, 2, 3 The roll out surface or permanent track surface areas are for starts to the hurdles and final prep. Don't be that 1 or 2 coaches that comes in late and tries to set up 1-step drills in the first 10 meters of the stat area!
