@DarraghOBrienTD The most obvious is to review a common suggestion for a "second Dublin airport" in Baldonnel (Casement Aerodrome), a military airbase southwest of the city. Ryanair Michael O’Leary aggressively lobbied to turn Baldonnel into a low-cost commercial hub, similar to how London.

Today we decided to draft legislation to remove the Dublin Airport passenger cap. This will be done in a balanced way, listening to local communities while supporting jobs, connectivity and Ireland’s role as an island nation 🌍✈️
