I would argue that Ray Jackson in Bloodsport (1988) is one of the best sidekicks in film history. Imposing, humorous, loyal - he didn’t just have his pal’s back, he made him better. He might have even beat Frank’s ass had he gotten the chance. #RIPDonaldGibb

I hate that it didn’t work out, but at one time, Cannon wanted to bring together Charles Bronson and Chuck Norris together in #TheDeltaForce. When it didn’t work out, they focused more on the Norris character and ended up hiring Lee Marvin.
