That means still no PP lounge access in Dublin Terminal 1. @DublinAirport staff have told me that it is because PP have opted not to provide access to the T1 lounge. Very very poor service. Dragonpass customers have acces so why not PP ???

@prioritypasscom @DublinAirport staff have told me that Priority Pass has decided to withdraw from providing PP access to the T1 lounge in @DublinAirport , last year we had access & PP has now pulled out leaving PP members with zero access , exactly how is your team actively working on it ??

@prioritypasscom That is very very disappointing service, whole point of your membership is meant to be lounge access and no lounge access in Dublin Terminal 1. We had it last year & now nothing in 2026, poor poor service and you keep going on about "working on it" but what does that mean ????

@MadWorldDesign1 We know it's not quite the VIP lineup you'd hoped for. At the moment, The Garden Terrace is the only Priority Pass option available in Dublin Terminal 1, and access will depend on the membership or card programme you have. The good news? We're always working behind the scenes.

@prioritypasscom Not able to enter as the Terminal 1 lounge (which PP card holders used to be able to access in Dublin T1) since the beginning of this year isn't taking Priority Pass anymore leaving no lounge available in Terminal 1 Dublin. Staff in Dublin have told me this is a PP decision ??

@MycroftHolmesCO @prioritypasscom Cripes that is very poor re DEN, did you ever have lounge access there with Priority Pass ? We used to have access in Dublin Terminal 1 but they removed it this year leaving us high and dry and now no lounge access at all. Service going backwards.

@prioritypasscom How about a lounge in DEN? DEN is the 4th busiest airport in the US and 10th in the world. The only Priority Pass presence is a dining location that a lot of us can't use and a golf simulator (really??). With the number of passengers and international flights it's shocking.

@prioritypasscom I am due in Dublin Airport again this Friday & wondering is there any update on you actually providing lounge access in Dublin Terminal 1 for PP members ? There is currently ZERO lounge access in Dublin Terminal 1.

@prioritypasscom Well actually having a lounge you could access is a start. Have PP membership & in Dublin Airport today no lounge available in Dublin Airport Terminal 1. Last year PP had access to the Terminal 1 lounge, now not accepting Priority Pass & no alternative lounge has been provided.

If you could add ONE feature to airport lounges everywhere, what would it be? 💭

@prioritypasscom It's actually getting busy now as it is peak season & having access to a lounge is what your service is meant to offer so your reply is extremely disappointing 😞 @DublinAirport have renovated the T1 lounge & we used to have access to it and now PP doesn't, very poor from PP

@prioritypasscom @activeman57 Well actually having a lounge to access helps making travel easier and comfortable....I am in Dublin Terminal 1 again next week, any joy with actually getting PP members access to the Terminal 1 Lounge or in fact any lounge ??

More than a month in advance!! @prioritypasscom and still can't book Bristol, London, Birmingham, Dublin (no lounge). Please explain why anyone would be paying £400 plus for a membership!! It's becoming a joke

@prioritypasscom @activeman57 Have to agree with @activeman57 , prebooking isn't even available in many lounges in theory and in Dublin Terminal 1 you don't even have a lounge for PP members. It is all very poor service and I just couldn't recommend anyone paying for PP membership.

@activeman57 We hear you, that’s not the experience you’re expecting 😕 Pre‑booking can fill up quickly at busy airports, even in advance, as lounges manage capacity. You can still try walk‑in on the day; partners keep space for that. Appreciate you flagging it ✈️

@prioritypasscom @DublinAirport Sorry just to be clear for anyone out there...you can't access the lovely new @DublinAirport Phoenix Lounge with @prioritypasscom as @prioritypasscom have decided not to currently offer any lounge at all in Dublin T1. Well done to @DublinAirport on the renovation, top work.

@prioritypasscom @DublinAirport Of course totally understand that but staff in @DublinAirport have told me PP pulled out of offering lounge access in Terminal 1 , perhaps @DublinAirport could confirm this ?? If that is true then that decision is in fact in your direct control so just looking for the facts.

@MadWorldDesign1 @DublinAirport Access to specific lounges depends on agreements with the lounge operators, and while we don’t have direct control over those arrangements, we’re always working behind the scenes to expand and improve access where possible.

@prioritypasscom @DublinAirport @DublinAirport are you open to talking to @prioritypasscom to arrange lounge acess for @prioritypasscom members so they have access to a lounge in Dublin T1 ?? They used to have access pre renovation so very odd it's not the case now.
