Just been refused a guest (Chloe) travelling on the same flight in the @Delta lounge Miami although it’s allowed.. the staff are so rude and refused to read the rules on their own website.. @VirginAtlantic find a new airline partner.. it was your ticket that they didn’t like!

@prioritypasscom your Houston KLM crown lounge has the worst service. Traveling on KLM and tried to enter via Priority Pass but still denied entry. What the hell am I paying for? Nothing is mentioned on the priority pass app either. I plan to cancel membership

Found out mid trip that Priority Pass now charges for guests. Annoying for a $500/yr card, but ok. Until this is what you pay an extra $35 for a guest (your spouse who's an AU on the card). This is a basement in CDMX. $35 for a coffee and the smallest, worst "quesadillas" ever.
