I tried to use the lounge at inverness airport and the lady at the counter curly refused stating that they were fully booked. @prioritypasscom

@prioritypasscom hi. Do u ever quality check lounges? Recently I visited Agadir & Antalya lounges & both terrible. At Antalya some1 on the way out warned me not to pay as it was so bad. I took a quick look & left. Agadir people were leaving the lounge to buy food in the terminal

@prioritypasscom so now every time I open the app it asks me to log in again and then won’t send an otp to my email. I already have my card in wallet. I just wanted to see the lounges available at the airport. Your service seems to only get worse and worse as the years go by

What's the point in a @prioritypasscom subscription when you go to use it and told the lounge is fully booked? Useless.
