@RAC_Care Not only did you leave me with an undrivable car 10 days ago telling me to get it to a garage ASAP. When I have managed to book it in to an approved garage you tell me that you won’t recover me to the garage because I haven’t taken the car to a garage. What do I do now?

@HolidayInn and @ParkingEyeLTD are unbelievable. I waited for 20 minutes in an empty Holiday Inn car park and been slapped with £100 fine. Disgusting money grabbing. I didn’t get out of the car. I didn’t take a space someone else could have been using. 😡

@GWRHelp You've offered half a refund for over an hour delay. Financial ombudsman says I should have full refund. Ur emails says I can appeal via the delay repay site, but it's not obvious how!! Pls help!

@PayPalUK are about to lose a very good business customer over their handling of a dispute. Apparently I got what I ordered...! And no refund despite returning the item to China!!! #unhappycustomer
