“Noah didn’t stop building the ark to explain himself to every doubter.” He just simply kept building! People are going to doubt, question, and not believe in your ARK (program/brand) that you’re building, but don’t you stop: KEEP BUILDING!!!

The hardest part of coaching? You coach 15 kids, but each one needs something different: - One needs a push. - Another needs patience. - One might just need someone who believes in them—for the first time in their life.

It’s ok to make mistakes as long as you learn from them.

You don’t control your boss, your coach, your colleagues, your team, your competition. You control you. Stop complaining, stop using them an excuse to not bring your best. Own your mindset. Own your actions. Own the way you show up. Be the standard.
