After a few rather intense minutes i managed to get rid of them all. But i just took my pony tail out to go to bed and another baby spider crawled out of my hair.

Mark just bought an extendable feather duster from a door to door salesman. He tried it out by dusting the high skylight in the kitchen whilst I was sitting underneath. He dislodged a nest of baby spiders which fell on me. Lots went down my top and others scurried into my hair.

No pictures as not really been anywhere interesting to take any, managed to rack up 47.81 miles over last 2 weeks, aiming to try and beat my total for last year #NHS1000miles happy mile adding everyone

@DrBenLovell I used to have a ladybird one for cannulation and venepuncture, still have it, not in a role where it’s needed now but the amount of times I would have the question do you have a tourniquet and it appears out of the uniform pocket, trusty tools

When I was an FY1 you started every shift with your essential equipment; your stethoscope, your tourniquet, your pen and your copy of the Oxford handbook of clinical medicine. If you started work lacking a single one of these items you were doomed to have a miserable shift

I’ve done it with 3 months to go!! Have to say am incredibly pleased with this achievement, helped along by #shinewalk training 45.58 miles added this week (26.2 of them shine walk marathon) brings to total to 1012.35 miles to date!! #NHS1000miles
