@ProofOfEly Hey, to echo what @swannynfteth said, take it easy on yourself! I’m 4 years post op on an ACL/MCL/Meniscus repair, and 2 scar tissue removal procedures later, just today, I got my squat and RDL rep weight back to where it was before my injury! Do your PT and take it slow!
