Rough comic based on some deep imagery work I did in therapy this week. I’ve found the visualisation seems to be a useful tool for working through things… and I wanted to draw out our conversation so I could remember it better. 💧

The dopamine hit of designing tabletop characters based on your emotional baggage is weirdly unparalleled... externalisation is a drug 🥵
