Adam is running a small tabletop campaign next year and whilst I've been designing a new character, they hadn't quite caught on yet. I complained to him about this before he left, and then, lo and behold, a northern accent GRIPS me in the shower and the character suddenly exists.

10 years ago today, we had our first date! It wasn't really a proper first date because it was me going to see a comedian with his parents and him. Our second date was me falling asleep on him whilst watching Blade Runner. Anyway 😌 I'd say it's going pretty well.

@The_euphemism My personal most-used book is the Collins Fungi Guide by Stefan Buczacki - a lot more comprehensive and great for identification once you know what you're looking for, but I do think some of the illustrations can be misleading without cross-referencing with other sources.

And another one off the list - Magpie Inkcaps (Coprinopsis picacea) at a damp and squelchy Warboys and Wistow Woods this morning.
