My bread oven reconstruction is coming along nicely. I’m hoping to fire it soon and bake some bread. Heartfelt thanks to my helpers! #LoveIrishResearch

It’s not from alcohol - I stopped drinking that effectively last February, but the signs have got worse. So it’s fruit, vegetables, greens, nuts, legumes, for 3 months to see what happens 😊🍓🍐🍏🥝🥬🥒🥦🥦🥦🥦🥦🥦

Pancakes for the boys, and chopped fruit and nuts for me. Starting a 3-month test to see if we can do something about my bloods, identified by doctor. 😬😊
