When markets have cracked in the past, it is typically when the central bank is hiking the short end of the curve and keeping fed funds artificially high to pop some sort of asset bubble and to cool inflation. Long end rates responding to ballooning fiscal deficits does not tend to be the catalyst for market corrections, usually they are the catalyst for more QE.

I hear that @TimKotzman ! Why the O&G industry remains so archaic is beyond me too. I'm eager to see which operator, PE shop, midstream co, e&p pub. Co., OFS will become the first in our space to stack #BTC on the balance sheet. @MAEVLO Fund IV is making the first steps to do so in the mineral/royalty space.

I get to experience the dichotomy between the old world and the new every day. Not that long ago, oil companies were the most valuable businesses on the planet. Now tech companies dominate that position. And today, the transition of value into digital capital companies built on Bitcoin is unfolding in real time. I began my journey with hard assets (specifically oil & gas) over 20 years ago. My journey with BTC & sound money, began a year and a half ago. Now, we're adding BTC to our latest fund, Maevlo Production IV LP. The future is bright; everyone will open their eyes at some point to the impact of the hardest asset ever known.
