I was somewhat upset this morning to find that a company I'd entrusted at a premium price, to do a re-print of Darkside magazine, done such an utterly substandard, unacceptable job. I do not recommend @MagCloud printing services If anyone knows a company that does re-prints HMU

@MagCloud how do I get in contact with a human being over the phone? Your email support system is useless and has not solved anything yet. It also takes forever.

Hey @MagCloud, do all page files have to be left or right? It makes it difficult for me to convert my current magazine pages to work for your template. Right now we publish through offset printing.

@MagCloud I am waiting for an update from the support agent that I am corresponding with. It's Christmas festive season period, I reckon replies would be slower.

@MagCloud does this means I didn't get UV coating? Pretty sure I ordered it but my order is both pretty matte finish and this suggests the coating was missed.

@MagCloud @dme31 Ok the ? Is your magazines legit? Does it have an copyright rules? The pros & cons to selling, creating magazines. To create magazines without an written consent with seal stamp & attorney. That’s against the law.

I don’t know too much about @MagCloud. I’ve heard about y’all. Is this true? I tries not to go off ratings. Due to the fact it could be somebody whom got mad leaving bad reviews.
