Yesterday I submitted an artifact for the Human Tech Residency @humntech with @YeshodharaB called An Agentic Internet. This is a proposal to re-imagines how the web can contribute to a shared sense of truth.

3/ Within a smaller group, we brainstormed which web3 tools could genuinely help institutions and communities in the Argentine context.

I went to this really interesting roundtable with people from different Argentine institutions exploring what it means to bring public and private infrastructures on-chain. @JoinEdgeCity @crecimientoar

2/ We also had the opportunity to understand Argentina’s social, economic and environmental realities through a d/acc lens, thinking about how decentralization could help build systems that are more transparent and resilient.

1/ There were speakers from the Ministry of Human Capital, the Buenos Aires city government and the Argentine Fintech Chamber. Each shared what “digital transformation” looks like from their side. The opportunities but also how hard it is to change things in slow institutions.

@ERC725Account @JoinEdgeCity 6/ Redefining reputation in our societies In our digital systems, “reputation” often means your number of followers. But this metric is fragile and manipulable. We are looking for ways to create a digital reputation system focusing on contribution and reliability.

@ERC725Account @JoinEdgeCity 5/ Our societies still chase GDP growth even though GDP has long been decoupled from human well-being. The idea is to create/find other metrics to measure a nation's health. Ones that account for social and ecological health, not just economic output.

@ERC725Account @JoinEdgeCity 4/ True decentralization is not about destroying hierarchy but about making it dynamic, shifting leadership based on expertise and trust.

@ERC725Account @JoinEdgeCity 3/ We also explored governance and equality. A fully equal system isn’t necessarily desirable or effective. What we need instead is fluid hierarchy: structures that adapt to context allowing people to opt in or out of roles and responsibilities.

@ERC725Account @JoinEdgeCity 2/ Technology moves fast but our institutions and collective decision-making move slowly, widening the gap between innovation and understanding.
