Real change happens when compassion meets commitment! In collaboration with Magic Bus, volunteers from State Street had the privilege of visiting a blind school, where they witnessed first‑hand the resilience, curiosity, and potential of students who are often overlooked by mainstream systems. The experience transformed into action as the volunteers dedicated their time and hearts to creating pre‑primary learning books for visually impaired children - books that will soon become the foundation of libraries in two government blind schools in Hyderabad. In addition to this, around 50 specially prepared notebooks were completed for visually impaired students, with our volunteers carefully writing their own names in Braille - a simple gesture, yet one filled with dignity, respect, and connection. These notebooks will be distributed to students at the Darul Shifa School, serving as a reminder that learning should never be limited by accessibility. At Magic Bus, we believe these volunteering efforts are not about charity; they are about equity. About creating resources where there are none. About building confidence, curiosity, and opportunity at the very beginning of a child’s learning journey. Our #EmployeeVolunteeringProgramme is a path to not only talk about inclusion and diversity but actively build it. We reinforce a collective spirit where leaders and volunteers work side by side, united by empathy and purpose. Interested to #VolunteerWithMagicBus? Let us know via comments. #VolunteeringWithPurpose #InclusionInAction #EducationForAll #AccessibilityMatters #DiversityAndInclusion #SocialImpact #Hyderabad #Braille #GivingBack

Powering young minds through collaboration and digital learning! Magic Bus had the privilege of partnering with Microsoft India and @codeorg to host an AI Awareness & Training session under Hour of AI, for our youth participants in Hyderabad. With the enthusiastic participation of 40 Microsoft volunteers and over 100+ young learners, the session became a powerful platform for knowledge sharing and real-world learning. A standout moment was the hands-on interaction between volunteers and youth, where complex AI concepts were broken down into simple, relatable examples. It was inspiring to see students confidently engage by asking thoughtful questions about ethical AI, future career opportunities, and real-world applications, reflecting growing curiosity, confidence, and readiness for the digital future. We are grateful to Microsoft India for their continued commitment to employee volunteering and digital empowerment. Together, we are building pathways for youth to thrive in an AI-driven world. #MagicBusIndiaFoundation #EmployeeVolunteeringProgramme #FutureSkills #HourOfAI

What does it take for Indian nonprofits to successfully raise funds globally? At the International Fundraising Conference 2026 (IFRC), Deepinder Janeja, our Head of Institutional Partnerships, joined sector leaders to unpack exactly this! The panel discussion on “Enabling India-based NGOs and CSOs to Fundraise Internationally (Australia & USA)” explored practical pathways for cross-border giving and building international partnerships. We thank Liem Nguyen, International Philanthropy Associate at Myriad Australia for being a great host moderator. Thanking the fellow speakers Parul Sachdeva, India Country Advisor at Myriad USA; Anshu Gupta, Founder of Goonj and Gram Swabhimaan; and Henal Shah, Director – Sustainability at Apnalaya, for bringing their experiences and expertise to the table. The conversation offered strategic insights on engaging institutional and individual donors, navigating fiscal sponsorship and the legal aspects of overseas fundraising, mobilizing support from the Indian diaspora globally, and addressing common challenges in international fundraising. Deepinder shared learnings from Magic Bus' experience raising funds through our offices in the US and UK, as well as our recent partnership with Myriad Australia. As global philanthropy evolves, collaboration and shared learning will remain key to scaling sustainable impact. #InstitutionalPartnership #Fundraising #GlobalDevelopment #SocialImpact #MagicBusIndiaFoundation #AcceleratingChange

Headlines can be self-centred. But when adolescents read them together, they become community-centred. 📰✨ Through the JSW Aspire Adolescent Education Programme, Magic Bus India Foundation, under its Bal Sabha initiative, empowered Bal Panchayat members in Palghar to become everyday superheroes, leading a simple yet powerful shift towards regular newspaper reading in schools. What started as guided reading soon turned into discussions on current affairs, careers, scholarships and government schemes, especially relevant for tribal communities. With curiosity rising and confidence growing, newspapers became tools of awareness, critical thinking and active citizenship. Today, schools have taken ownership, adolescents lead the habit, and learning continues sustainably. Because when young leaders take charge, information doesn’t just inform, it transforms. #AdolescentEducation #BalSabha #BalPanchayat #YoungChangeMakers #JSWaspire

From nukkads to new thinking. Under the Nestlé Healthy Kids Programme, Magic Bus took health conversations beyond walls and into everyday life, where stories spoke, questions flowed, and awareness found its voice. Across four locations, over 450 community members came together through Nukkad Natak, engaging with themes of anemia, cervical cancer, hygiene, and menstrual health in ways that felt familiar, open, and stigma-free. Because when learning feels local, and conversations feel safe, change doesn’t need instructions, it follows naturally. With the Nestlé Healthy Kids Programme, we continue turning everyday moments into healthier futures. #MagicBusIndiaFoundation #ChildhoodToLivelihood #Nestle #NestleHealthyKidsProgramme #CommunityEngagement #HealthAwareness #LifeSkills #NukkadNatak #CreatingChange #StoriesForImpact
