@KwameKirbySS @MagicTurtle84 @Mairon_Maiden It hampers the gameplay through the whole thing because of the clagger animation putting a pause on everything you are doing, it also makes so lower than MR monsters get nuked, while MR monsters need to constantly be tenderized and wallslammed for your damage to be okayish

@5HeadAsshole @Mairon_Maiden Maybe I just preferred the way stories were told in monhun pre-5th gen. Also 4u does not have good story compared to any videogame that isn't a monhun game. The Caravan was nice I guess? But was it good??? idk man. Fair point about pink rathian though.

And the most liked monhun game, 4u, its because it has a good story too. At that point u don't want Monster Hunter, u want Monster Fighter

Lets be 100% realistic. The blatant neglect to PVP, lack of direction, lack of communication, bugs, MMR issues, has PVP on its last leg.
Blizzard needs to either announce a plan for the future of PVP in wow or just get rid of it.
PVP might have a year left in it if we are lucky. @Blizzard_Ent stop ignoring the community, hire a pvp developer and announce a plan for Arena/PVP.

@5HeadAsshole @Mairon_Maiden (I literally said "subjectively", that is my subjective experience. I thought the clutch claw was a more enjoyable addition to the franchise than focus mode. The story in Wilds was worse to me than in World, I don't want story in my monhun.)

@MagicTurtle84 @Mairon_Maiden (No, the clutch claw is objectively worse from the fact that it made everything about World's combat worse and clunkier, and also made everything that wasn't MR a breeze. Scoutflies also at least don't break you neck on Wilds. Also no, the story being bad isn't a selling point)

@5HeadAsshole @KwameKirbySS @Mairon_Maiden Wilds is a lot easier to get into as a new player tbh, I think they did a solid job with reducing friction for new players. Sometimes to the detriment of the game, though, like reliance on mounts for traversal.

@5HeadAsshole @Mairon_Maiden (I disagree with the clutch claw being worse from an experiential standpoint, subjective ofc. trackflies are kinda dog but that's a wilds point too. Story should be dog ass, it's part of the fun imo. Roster was fun in my onion.)

@Rurikhan Unfortunately I really disliked it, it took a lot of fun out of the combat for me. However, the biggest dislike from Wilds has been the reliance on mounts. I never really feel like I'm taking in the map while playing anymore, I just go from A to B on a fast mount.

i got to play classic+ and thrall had absurdly long legs and they kept saying "oh yeah that's a bug /reload" and every time i did he still had absurdly long legs and it stopped me from being able to pick up a quest because that model wasn't supposed to be loaded in "yet" ?????
