Second time dealing with this in the past 2 years, this time it's on one of my alts instead of my main. What's it going to take for legitimate players to feel safe? I have over 25,000 hours played on my main alone, this can't keep happening to their core players. @JagexSupport

@OldSchoolRS Please put more resources into addressing the false bans. It's insane that those affected have to resort to posting on X for a glimpse of hope that something might be done. Radio silence for nearly a year+ is unacceptable.

@JagexAyiza In before today is the day the release the player support blog early with false bans being addressed only for it to be an april fools joke, somehow that wouldn't surprise anyone. Please address the false bans and stop ignoring/shunning every person who brings up the topic.

@RooK_OSRS @OldSchoolRS yeah, though what I'm saying is that I hope that the specific things (false bans in particular) don't get ignored when the full entire blog does get released. This has been a subject that tends to get avoided & little information disclosed.

@HeyJeronimo @sqtcDads @RsChroniclesYT @JagexSupport Sad part is those of us who are in the boat of having a false temporary offence is the worry that if a mistake that has already happened once, happens again then it escalates to permanent. Customer support on their behalf is automated and negligent. No human interaction at all.

@sqtcDads @RsChroniclesYT @JagexSupport The same thing has happened to my Competitive Group Ironman account. Even though its a 2 day ban (which is almost up with no appeal reply), what happens if this my account gets wrongfully banned like this again.

wtf, I just activated a bond after months of not playing, I was organizing my bank and a some close lvl ups, and today when I log in, I see this? bot busting? you kidding.. Yesterday I saw 2 bot farms, and they don’t care about those?

@sqtcDads @RsChroniclesYT @JagexSupport & even then who knows if their "support" system that handles ban appeals is anything other than automated. lot of people claiming false bans, regardless of how many are true false bans or not it's pure negligence on their behalf not having a human customer support option. 🤷♂️

@sqtcDads @RsChroniclesYT @JagexSupport What I find interesting is that multiple people mention getting these false bans after a break/not playing actively, which is intriguing to think that might be a cause for these false flags. Nonetheless there's no human support beyond the appeal sadly.

In February you promised to give us a better appeal system, only for it to get worse with the mass increase of accounts being banned. It's sad that the only way players can reach out for a manual review is by having to tweet mods & to hope for someone to actually help.

@EVScapeOfficial not a solidified fix, definitely makes it more obscure and annoying to do which is a positive thing. hopefully it discourages this type of service offered that doesn't reflect the intended playstyle of ironman mode as a whole.

This changes almost nothing btw. Said it 6 months ago if they try to do this. Just have the iron bring chins, easily cap points, booster does olm, now they split the 65% chance 50-50. So just do 2 raids instead of 1 for the same drop chance. Literally useless change
