@WhiteHouse The problem isn't the jobs necessarily. It's the economics of everyday. Forced bloated housing market with ridiculous prices, increased prices for everything within short time frame, and people lost interest in a lot.

Eric Kripke insisting he wasnt behind the Gen V cancelation while getting backlash on social media is a rough position to be in because fans need someone to blame and the showrunner of the main series is the easiest target. Gen V had a rough production with real tragic circumstances and canceling it was probably a business decision made way above Kripkes pay grade but online discourse doesnt do nuance well. the backlash spilling over onto The Boys is unfair to Kripke because he delivered one of the best superhero shows ever made and gets punished because a spinoff he didnt directly control got canned. this is the problem with shared universes in general because one bad decision in a connected property can poison the audience relationship with everything else in the franchise

This evening: @DAGToddBlanche and I are announcing an 11 count indictment against the Southen Poverty Law Center.
Charges include wire fraud, false statements to a federally insured bank, and conspiracy to commit concealment money laundering.
The SPLC allegedly engaged in a massive fraud operation to deceive their donors, enrich themselves, and hide their deceptive operations from the public. They lied to their donors, vowing to dismantle violent extremist groups, and actually turned around and paid the leaders of these very extremist groups - even utilizing the funds to have these groups facilitate the commission of state and federal crimes.
That is illegal – and this is an ongoing investigation against all individuals involved.
