@Headteacherchat One that I really enjoyed while interviewing for a DH role was to be handed a pack of academic data from a class, given 30 mins to analyse it an then lead a PPM type meeting with the one of the interview panel. It assessed a lot for both parties.

Anon post: I’m in the process of advertising for a Deputy Head for Sept and we are finalising tasks for the interview day with HR. Have you got any good recommendations for tasks? HR are suggesting the candidates can do a lesson observation as one of the tasks? Any advice.
