The great Roman-Persian war as seen by holy man Theodore of Syceon; 8. A Dune-like treatment of the collapse of the old order and the rise of Islam with fantastical reminiscences of the deep past.

@TheMonologist Saw a 70mm print of this at the BFI many years ago. Absolutely stunning on the big screen. Miklos Rozsa's score is magnificent, a true masterpiece of film music.

This is my fav cinema in the world to see IMAX films and I am looking forward to catching the #ProjectHailMary 70MM IMAX print there in a couple of weeks. Booked my best seat (I am fussy) tickets ages ago ‘cos I knew they’d become like gold dust ha. Hope everyone enjoys it!
