My name is Mahmoud Al-Masri, I am 32 years old, and a father of four children. Three of my children are in the photo, and my fourth child is a newborn who came into this life under extremely harsh circumstances. We are currently living in a worn-out tent that does not protect us from the cold or rain. Every single day is a struggle to provide basic needs like food, clean water, milk, and diapers for my children. I am also suffering from kidney problems, and I have medical reports to prove it.
