What the Artemis II astronauts did over the last 10 days was a testament to their bravery. And the fact that they traveled farther from Earth than anyone ever has, re-entered our atmosphere at more than 24,000 mph, and splashed down safely was a testament to human ingenuity. Thanks to everyone at @NASA for making this mission possible, and for taking us along for the ride.

our astronaut friends have reignited a flame within me man. it’s been the coolest ten days, i’m alive, i’m alive.

I will literally never complain about my tax dollars going to NASA.

🚨 NASA's Artemis 2 crew capsule has successfully landed back on Earth

Project Hail Mary and Artemis II happening at the same time was quite possibly one of the greatest cultural events to happen in recent memory.

Aww group hug on the way back home! NASA really picked the right crew back in 2023; they've shown so much professionalism and even more humanity.

I think many people are confusing these photos to be Artemis II photos but these are by @ildaribatullin! Please give them and other astrophotographers your support too!

i love project hail mary. i love movies that don't end in tragedy. i love movies that gives us hope. i love movies about friendship and soulmates and connecting with someone and them ending up being so important that you'll try to give them everything. i love movies that are fun.

Space news is way better than Earth news.

the moon is so beautiful, our world, our universe is so so beautiful I wish we were kinder to each other and I wish we appreciated the beauty all around us more because there are so many beautiful things, and so so much joy and love all around.
