does anyone know any easy vegetables you can incorporate into a daily diet? ive been pretty good lately about getting a little fruit every day but ive ALWAYS been terrible with vegetables

@BooneBum If you’re really looking for something easy to make, buy some frozen cut carrots, peas, and corn and add them to stir fried rice

@BooneBum Imo most veggies are a lot tastier if you can just cook them for a bit. Toss some cut cauliflower with salt pepper and olive oil and bake it, and then serve with some hot sauce if ur feelin fancy
