Hey @MagnumKeith. What was Elmer's opinion of the L-frame Smiths? Did he prefer the N-frame for .357 mag or did he appreciate what Smith was trying to do with the L?

The ranch on North Fork was a good place for finding winter meat. Shot this little 2 point buck at 400 yards with a 334 OKH.

O.H. Elliot has designed a handful of great cartridges excellent for either single shot or double rifles.
One is a 277 caliber taking any 7 mm bullet and enough powder to give about the same ballistics as the 276 Dubiel magnum.

Ivory grips offer extra weight for improved balance in your hand. Plain is fine, but checkered or carved designs will offer a firmer grasp.
My first choice on stocks for gun fighting.
