@Pirat_Nation Lmao, it is funny that Microsoft took full control of people's computers and noone cares. In the old times this type of behaviour was basically found only in malware that adds your pc to a botnet pool, with full RCE capabilities.

Microsoft has confirmed that some Windows 11 PCs can’t install the latest Secure Boot security update because of a known compatibility issue. The company says the update is being temporarily blocked on affected devices while it works with PC manufacturers on a fix. If your PC is affected, you don’t need to do anything. The update will install automatically once the issue is resolved. Microsoft also says this isn’t an immediate security problem, and your PC will continue to work normally. windowslatest.com/2026/07/10/mic…

🇪🇺‼️🚨 EU - SURVEILLANCE PARADISE: 1) Cars sold in the EU will require a camera that scans the driver’s face to determine if they are distracted. 2) Chat Control is being pushed through. It would allow the EU to scan all private chat messages of citizens. 3) Age verification, which requires users to prove their age with a selfie and ID, is also about to be implemented. No citizens voted for this, the elites are simply imposing it on the public. → Ironically, Ursula von der Leyen is famous for deleting her texts with Pfizer during a major vaccine procurement scandal… As always, such regulations come with staggering hypocrisy.

Starting today, all new cars registered in the European Union must include a driver monitoring system. The system uses a camera or sensors to check if the driver is paying attention to the road. If the driver looks away for too long, it will warn them with a sound or visual alert. This new rule only applies to newly registered vehicles from July 7, 2026. It does not affect cars already on the road. The EU says is to help prevent crashes caused by distracted driving. The system is designed to monitor the driver inside the car and warn them if they lose focus.

@Labyrinthusian @Pirat_Nation AI finds grids sexy. Nothing is more sexier than elegantly presented data in a grid, for a LLM that is 😆 So naturally, its illegal.

Discord has cleared up the rumor that posting grid-style images could get your account permanently banned. The company said a bug in its moderation system mistakenly flagged some images with grid patterns, including spreadsheets, chessboards, and even Minecraft inventory screenshots, as illegal content. A second bug also stopped some of those accounts from being automatically restored. According to Discord, about 200 accounts were wrongly banned over the weekend, and all of them have now been reinstated. The company also revealed the same issue affected more than 8,200 accounts between May and last week, and every one of those accounts has now been restored. Discord apologized for the mistake, confirmed the bug has been fixed, and said it’s updating its systems to help prevent similar false bans in the future.

@T3chFalcon Get a laptop, buy it second hand with cash, use fake name, no cameras around, park your car a couple of blocks away. Use public WiFi, never connect to your home WiFi, or do personal logins, spoof your MAC, disposable proxies, portable OS. You can't be paranoid enough.

A 19-year-old hacker used VPNs, tunneling tools, and rotated IPs across 3 countries. The FBI still caught him. Here's the Windows feature that made it possible and why it should concern everyone. Peter Stokes, an alleged member of Scattered Spider (the group behind $100M+ in ransomware extortion), was arrested at Helsinki Airport this April. Court documents revealed a key piece of evidence: Microsoft's GDID. What is a GDID? GDID = Global Device Identifier. It's a unique code baked into every Windows installation. Microsoft uses it for telemetry, crash reports, feature usage, and license verification (it's why swapping your CPU can break your Windows activation). What Microsoft gave the FBI: → Web activity with timestamps → Gaming history → IP addresses used over time → Tool usage (including Ngrok, a tunneling app) → Azure account activity All tied to one persistent device fingerprint. Even though the VPN masked his IP, it didn't affect the GDID. How they connected the dots: Every time Stokes logged in to Snapchat, Apple, or Facebook from a new IP address, the GDID was there too. Investigators matched timestamps across platforms and countries: Tallinn, New York, Thailand, Germany. Different IPs. Same machine. Same person. Microsoft had already identified him in October 2024 and filed a criminal referral. He was still 17. So they waited till He turned 18. Then they moved. Yes, Stokes is accused of serious crimes. But the GDID data exists on every Windows machine, including yours. The infrastructure that handed his entire digital life to the FBI is the same infrastructure running on your laptop right now. The unanswered questions: - There's no public policy on when Microsoft shares GDID data - No known opt-out mechanism - No transparency report specifically covering GDID disclosures - What other criminal referrals has Microsoft quietly filed?

@Pirat_Nation Imagine pirates that just clone the cargo of their "victims" and then allow others to clone that cargo too. Not so scary, eh? The usage of "piracy" word itself was engineered, so society views it as something bad (real pirates did a lot of nasty stuff), not good.

The people behind HiAnime, one of the world’s biggest anime piracy websites, have been arrested in Vietnam after an international investigation that lasted several years. Authorities say seven people connected to HiAnime and other piracy websites were arrested, with the investigation involving agencies from Vietnam and the United States. HiAnime, previously known as Zoroto and Aniwatch, shut down in March 2026 after becoming one of the most popular websites

“You only have 5 games lil bro” “You only have 16 games lil bro” “You only have 30 games lil bro” “You only have 50 games lil bro” “You don’t even have collectors editions just standard editions” SHUT THE FUCK UP SO WHAT? My physical collection size doesn’t matter, so what if I don’t have 100 discs that’s not the point at all, it’s the PRINCIPLE AND CONSUMER OPTION of being able to keep buying and owning tangible collections with your own two hands. Yes I know the DRM, Day one patches and shit make it a bit murkier, but I can still keep them or lend it or re sell it if I want to, I don’t like the idea of a big corpo taking control of my licenses tied to my account and taking them back without refunding just like that. You can gaslight me all you want but I DONT HAVE MORE DIGITAL THAN PHYSICAL GAMES

@alechenrhin @brivael "Insane capitalists" tend to be "evil commies". The reason is simple - communism is the way to take all the power. It is the rule of few "commie gods" over peasants. People easily buy into these lies, seeing their slightly richer neighbours destroyed, while "elites" prosper.

@Hitchslap1 @stikves The higher the iq, the more alienated you usually are throughout life. The more alienated you are, the less opportunities for you to levelup communicating skills. You are also prone to not understanding how low iq people "think". So I think you are wrong.
