@sharghzadeh will most likely have a hard time after the success of our revolution. He seems like a self-hating Persian wannabe who believes Islam made Iran a better place — someone who rejects his own ancestral culture and prefers Islam instead. It is sad. In his mind, he probably sees himself as an enlightened being who is not racist and a very liberal-minded Muslim. But "nafs" (ego) is a hell of a drug. I would suggest he study Buddhism and Hinduism a bit, or learn about the mercy of Christ. He might then realize that Islam is one of the more backward and limited philosophical and faith systems in the world. Very sad, but I do not think he even has the capacity to contemplate concepts like śūnya, or the symbolism of Shiva and Shakti. The fact that he settled on Islam reflects his limitations as a person. Although it would not be shocking if, after the fall of the Islamic regime, documents were uncovered showing him to be an agent of Khamenei. Just an idea — we will see.

islamic republic must surrender and hand over the government and the guns to Iranian people. people said we want a referendum simple.... Islamic republic instead killed 40K + people in 2 days. After that from diplomatic means, people shifted to armed resistance. now we do not have the arms ( yet maybe a little) but Israel and U.S have plenty. 47 years of death to America Death to Israel attacking and spreading terror, all that trash talk you brought this to yourselves. End is here surrender or face the overwhelming force. After Islamic republic you will be prosecuted. there is no future for you. Funds are drying up. buddy its the end of the ride. instead ineffective posts think about your future. Your posts wont change the opinion of the world nor Iranian people. everybody know where they stand. information war is ineffective at this stage ghalibaf is most likely dead also . we are aware some of you want to fight till the end, our national army is in the process of forming, there will be a civil war between us and the remainder of Islamic republic. 47 years of strategic mistake and cruelty will end soon in few weeks worst case scenario in 3-4 months. You are defeated it takes courage to surrender but i bet you dont have it

A month ago, even the idea of assassinating someone like Larijani would have shattered morale among Iranian officials and the public. But the killing of a father-like figure such as Ayatollah Khamenei—someone many supporters felt a deep spiritual bond with—inflicted a level of grief that dwarfs any other loss. In trying to break Iran, Trump inadvertently hardened it. In effect, Iran has become terror-proof and assassination-proof.

I predicted this about 12 years ago, the reaction of people was that I am an idiot for the most part, Feminists on campus as well as in friend groups viewed me as a fearful man who is upset because they have defeated me and my precious patriarchy. I just had a simple point, that future generation of men will not put up with this, and women will accept sharing their husband with multiple women and most women and most men will come out loser out of this War of gender. and the only winner will be the ones who started the gender war. I still believe they are going to win that being said I can see a light that is growing , there might be hope time will tell

There is a shortage of straight men in New York. Due to a shortage of male attendees, some dating events in NYC charged women $100 and men $0, yet attendance still ran 3:1.

Rumors of Larijani’s assassination, if true, would be terrible news—far more for the US and Israel than for Iran. The assassination of Ayatollah Khamenei, as the world witnessed, backfired immensely for Washington and Tel Aviv, ending Iran’s strategic patience and shifting it from defensive to offensive. If a pragmatist like Larijani is also targeted, he will be replaced by someone more resolute and steadfast in defending Iran. That would only strengthen Iran’s resolve and set the stage for a far more determined confrontation. It is striking how the US and Israel insist on repeating their own mistakes.

After much reflection, I have decided to resign from my position as Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, effective today. I cannot in good conscience support the ongoing war in Iran. Iran posed no imminent threat to our nation, and it is clear that we started this war due to pressure from Israel and its powerful American lobby. It has been an honor serving under @POTUS and @DNIGabbard and leading the professionals at NCTC. May God bless America.

Larijani’s replacement will be appointed by IRGC. With every assassination U.S. and Israel engineering greater radicalization of Iran’s leadership. It will makes for a bleak future for Iran, Iranians, the region and ultimately makes it far more difficult for U.S. to disentangle itself from endless conflict in the region.

Dear @arash_tehran, I believe you are naïve and living in a fantasy. You are politically immature, and for that reason, people like you will never get anything done. If things were left to you and your beliefs about justice and how things should be done, 100K more people would be dead. Here is what you need to learn to finally grow up: Learn why Iranian people hate the Left—what the Left has done that made people feel this way. Put yourself in their shoes and do your best to understand. Study why the Left has never worked and why it is not going to work. Understand why people vote for figures like Trump in the West. Don’t dismiss people as unsophisticated; instead, stay open-minded (something you claim to be). You live in your mind and in your expectations as a defense mechanism. I suggest exploring trauma-healing modalities—it might go back to childhood. Investigate your self-righteousness. What underlying psychological issues might you be covering up? This is enough for today. Good luck. Being intelligent is about how functional one is in daily life—not about the fancy ideas one holds in their mind.

No, I am not joyful about killing of Larijani, who likely masterminded killing of thousands of Iranian protesters in January. You know what I would be joyful about? If he was put in a fair trial in a democratic Iran. And you know what would even make me more joyful? If an officer slapped him once during the interrogation process and then that officer was put on trial himself and had to answer because in a rule-of-law, democratic country, you can't slap a prisoner. Even if he killed thousands of people. Call me delusional or holder of luxury beliefs but I won't give up on the quest for basic decency.

Ancestral culture to whom—Iranians or Arabs? Good for Arabs, hahaha. You should read Shahnameh and get a sense of what Ferdowsi thought about the Arab invasion. Arabs colonized the Middle East. There are 22 Arab countries in the world. Just like how the Spanish colonized South America—would you go to native people in South America and say, “Hey, Christianity is your ancestral culture”? No, because it is an accepted fact that the colonization of South America by Europeans had horrible impacts on its people. To say that Christianity is the ancestral culture of the native people of South America would be deeply bigoted. This is what the world has not come to realize. Arabs are like white people in that sense—they are not victims of anything. The difference is that whites, for the most part, have accepted the negative impact of colonization. They don’t have to be ashamed today; whites today are different people, for the most part. That being said, they should show sensitivity and not brag about it, twist history, or display disrespect toward those who were wronged. So where are the Arabs on this path of progress? Nowhere. They have not even begun. Instead we hear: “Islam is a religion of peace,” “Arabs civilized Persians,” “Iranians are fire worshippers and ajams,” “It’s not the Persian Gulf, it’s the Arabian Gulf.” Oh wait—1980, Saddam invades Iran and hires an Egyptian director to make a movie about Qadisiyyah. Hahaha. Oh wait—the Al-Ahwazi movement: “Elam was Arab.” The negative impact of Islam on the Iranian people is enormous—the Islamic trauma that we still live with today. And yet you come to me and speak about how Ferdowsi was a Muslim. Hahaha. Oh man, you guys need to get a grip. Oh, and we forgot—you guys also deny that Israel belongs to the Jews. Oh man, there is no hope. After the Islamic Republic is gone, that will be the beginning of the end for the Islamic caliphate. With Muslims being so arrogant in Europe and North America, causing cultural disruption, we will not need much to convince the West that Iranian people and Westerners are on the same side. Good luck with your Islam or whatever. If Iranians came and destroyed the Kaaba, turned it into a fire temple, ran Arabia, and changed its religion, would you accept that Zoroastrians are peaceful people—or perhaps say it is the ancestral religion of Arab people? Islamic fascism will end—either the easy way or the hard way.
