This state of art infrastructure is facilitating automation of educational administration in Maharashtra and ensuring data driven decision making. The Maharashtra state VSK is also integrated to the Rashtriya Vidya Samiksha Kendra at NCERT. Ministry of Education & NIEPA has conducted a 5-day training programme for KGBV wardens and Master Trainers across Maharashtra, J&K, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Telangana & Madhya Pradesh. The 7th Training Program on empowering KGBV Wardens for Master Trainers is now underway in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh from 24th to 28th November. This program is designed in a way where the Central Team from @NIEPA_Official imparts training to the Master Trainers and further the master trainers trains the KGBV wardens. The handbook used for training covers topics on administration, health & hygiene, nutrition, safety, gender sensitivity and community mobilization, financial management, fund utilization and use of ICT tools. Schools across India are now participating in SHVR 2025–26 through the digital portal and mobile app, enabling self-assessment, monitoring and certification. 📚 Nationwide and state-level capacity-building workshops by @ncert & @UNICEFIndia are empowering schools and stakeholders. 🏫 SHVR is mandatory for all schools with UDISE code, including Government, aided, private, tribal, minority and central-run schools. It focuses on water, toilets, handwashing, O&M, behaviour change and Mission LiFE actions. 📊 The initiative will also create a national WASH & Mission LiFE database, covering 14.75 lakh schools and 24.8 crore students, driving sustainability, hygiene and health at scale.
