14 years ago I signed up here.
For years, this was basically a dead account.
Auto-posts from my blogs,
no real connection to Twitter,
no real conversations,
around 20 followers for almost 10 years.
Then in 2024 I found @marclou on YouTube,
discovered build in public,
and started showing up here for real.
Now I’m at 2.7k followers,
getting close to 2.8k.
Biggest learning:
X only started to matter
when I stopped broadcasting
and started connecting.

100 videos in 30 days challenge - day 3 summary:
- published 4 more videos (total of 12)
- got 55,819 views across 3 platforms
The views are growing exponentially, which is nice. I can’t stop thinking what will happen after 30 days. 😁
I’ve been trying many formats. From motivational videos to memes to talking head videos.
It might be still early to tell, but so far, as expected, the first two get the most views.
I’m still spending most of my time working on this challenge because it’s time consuming to do all of the steps (ideation, scripting, recording, editing, posting).
The nice thing, however, is that I’m getting faster at it.
And, after 3 days, I finally see new followers popping up on ig and tktok.

100 videos in 30 days challenge - day 2 summary: - published 4 more videos (total of 8) - got 29,252 views across 3 platforms - built a small app to track all metrics (see previous post on my X) Yesterday was way easier to come up with video ideas, to record, and to edit them. It seems like my brain is locked in now - everywhere I look, I see video ideas. I'll continue to try different formats, video topics, hooks - anything I can think of to get in lots of reps within these 30 days. The main goal is to learn what works so that after the challenge is completed, I can double down on.

People will call it “luck”.
But they didn’t see the boring days.
So if you're in the quiet phase right now:
Keep shipping.
Keep posting.
Keep building.
Because momentum doesn’t announce itself.

Could not get anthropic to work with openclaw. If this is done purposefully by anthropic, it is a real shame.

Changing claude API fixed this straight away. However, I was just about to pay anthropic £180 a month for a max plan, but if I have to switch to API usage, i am just going to go to codex. ClaudeCode subscription was so perfectly positioned for openclaw, why would they want to stop this?

I hate google log in on iOS, it's a headache to log in as a normal user, not just setting it up as a dev, lol
