@_yesmadam Appreciate this being Indian brand for home salon but who calls exactly 10 min before the service starts to abruptly cancel the services when they had 3 entire day to inform the customer! Yes, that's @_yesmadam !Extremely disappointed by management for new customers.

@AmazfitIN @AmazfitGlobal I recently bought GTS 2 mini of which I received and unsealed package. So I sent out a mail to your help desk and also called 18004199682 but no response of any channel yet. It's been more than week and now they are not even picking up my call. See SS.

@AmazfitGlobal @amazfitindia As asked, I have DM'ed my details to @AmazfitIN. There's still no resolution from help site nor from customer support. I am currently very much disappointed by the service and no callbacks from customer support/help.
