@kitsuneredFES Pc versions you can install a mod which adds voice acting from the Japanese only Vita release which adds a lot to the game. PC version also has a turbo mode to speed up battles

I really want to play Trails but I'm kind of unsure on whether I want to start from the very first Legend of Heroes game and go in release order or if I just want to jump right into Trails in the Sky (specifically the original 2004 version)

Sony Interactive Entertainment has filed a new patent that could make waiting in games less boring. The idea is to show picture-in-picture content on the screen during loading times, matchmaking, or other delays.
Instead of only showing a loading screen, players could watch useful content while they wait. This may include gameplay tips, story recaps, livestreams, tutorials, mini-games, or community videos.

@Eliza_Artz @SirozenR @ND1539 The price increase of all the consoles suck but even then the cheapest console on the market are Switch 1 and Series S. For parents buying stuff it’s a good value at this point to buy a PS4 or Xbox One where most games are sub $20 unlike Switch 1.

@Eliza_Artz @ND1539 🤔 Switch 2 controller are more expensive than both Standard PS5 and Xbox Controller. The special edition Forza controllers is the same price though but at least that one’s a special edition. These are just the pictures that came with a quick google search.

@Eliza_Artz @SirozenR @ND1539 I’m not talking pre owned games I’m talking about sales on the console’s digital stores. My PS5 was $500 only $50 more than Switch 2 and all my PS4 games that had PS5 upgrades were free. Console prices suck right now in general and nobody should buy them for the new price.

I overpaid for a second Nintendo Switch 2 dock so I didn't have to keep moving it between rooms (mostly so my children didn't have to hear me play while they slept). I am part of the problem.

I have 3 of these, work PERFECTLY fine. Save the money. I haven’t had any issues or scares. Take 1 on trips, 1 in my game room and 1 on a spare TV. My official switch 2 dock is in my bedroom set up.

@MajimaConstruc3 @ND1539 Fortunately new switch 2 exclusives are now $10 cheaper digitally and even cheaper on sales. In terms of game price they're all around the same mark of equalness.

@ManaByte When I got both my PS5 and Series X I plugged in my old external drives from the PS4 and Xbox one and all the games were just there no reinstall needed. Switch 2 took me a day to reinstall everything plus extra time to swap out sd cards because SD express sucks.

Amazing how people don't make posts like this when literally every PS5 and XBOX physical game has to install to the HDD.

Went to a retail store, bought myself a brand-new game for the Switch 2… and this is what I get. I miss the days when you bought a game, came home, put it in, and were playing within seconds. Not installs. Not updates. Just straight into the game.

Nagoshi Studios, the company founded by Yakuza series creator Toshihiro Nagoshi, has permanently closed.
The studio’s Google business listing in Tokyo’s Ebisu district now displays a “Permanently closed” notice.
NetEase ended all funding after determining that the studio’s debut project, Gang of Dragon, would require an additional ¥7 billion (around $44 million) to complete. No new publisher or investor was secured.
The studio’s official website is now offline, its YouTube channel has been deleted along with all trailers and related content, and there has been no official statement from Nagoshi or the company.
