Trying to update my Dart charge details. The automated voice on the phone just said “there are currently 347 calls ahead of you.” 160,000 vehicles on the Dartford crossing every day paying £2.50 (+ lorries pay more) they’re taking in close to £200M a year but that’s still not enough to pay anyone to answer the bloody phones. Still. We love a queue don’t we? I’m still waiting. Out of spite.

Really poor first experience, booked at a cab at lunchtime for the evening to get cancelled by the driver 3 minutes before collection. I think they are running before they can walk. Poor show @FreeNow_UK

@GOoutdoors have been a loyal customer for many years but feel really let down now with you online. Orderd a present for my wife 27 Nov, did not show up chased up to be offered a replacement or refund, I asked for replacement and guess what out of stock. Why offer replacement
