Their COO Jen Armstrong COO makes around $235k–$240k per year. Other directors make around $180,000 per year

Cristel Daniela Cruz-Banegas climbed over the border fence and snuck into the United States in 2018 just months before she turned 18.
🔎At that time, she told Border Patrol that she travelled with some friends from her home nation of Honduras to the U.S. by bus, boat, train and car. She said she lost contact with her friends in Sinaloa, Mexico, and made the rest of the journey herself.
By 2025, she had been convicted of trafficking fentanyl. ICE took custody of her upon her release from federal prison May 1.
