- His children were born in Japan and can only speak Japanese and have only Japanese friends.

- His business manager visa renewal was denied under Japan’s strict immigration rules.
It’s high time we became realistic about life abroad. No matter how many years you spend there, how much tax you pay, or how much you sacrifice, you are still an immigrant, and a cheap labourer until the country officially accepts you permanently.
The moment policies change, your emotions, loyalty, and hard work mean nothing.
Go abroad to study or earn money if you want, but never forget: you are replaceable there. Build your life wisely, get PR or citizenship if possible, and always keep a way back home.
Blind attachment to a foreign land is one of the biggest mistakes people make.
Your motherland is the only place that cannot cancel your existence.

1) Fragmentation
There's Chinese Americans, Vietnamese Americans, Japanese Americans etc.
And not only are they quite different- each group has tons of sub groups: 1st gen, 1.5-gen, ABC, FOB etc
Like, I personally have more in common with German Asians than Whites, but more with Whites than FOBs
2) Size
There's like 1.8M Korean Americans spread across the country.
And, again: Many subgroups
The dating pool is TINY.
3) Attraction math
Asian women are simply universally attractive.
If White men were into Black women, then Blacks would complain about "race treason" as well.
If your dating pool is 100M Whites vs 1M Koreans, and more than half of the Koreans are at different assimilation levels, and basically culturally alien to you, then I'd argue a 50% race betrayal rate is actually not that bad.

I have many friends with children. They're not worried about their children making it in 2053. All the major STEM companies are White or Asian-owned.
