@akanyangm He will do both. Part A will be an interdict. Part B will be the review.

A review application alone does not automatically stop the impeachment process. First, you must get an interdict stopping Parliament from going ahead. Then, you may proceed with a review. Parliamentary Legal Services said this on 25/02/26, in relation to judges’ impeachment.

@TladiPhasha @TheRealClementM This is a constitutional matter that cannot be referred to an appeal court for challenge or any other legal route. It is the last court in the land. The decision is cast in stone. Only the CC can clarify.

@Makatane_ @TheRealClementM Courts don't release statements to clarify their Judgements if you seek clarity you take legal advice from lawyers they will explain a court decision and they will advice you on legal options you may have.
