And on top of that where does he draw the line? Is it more ok for me to make a movie about a fictional war than a real war?

I get what he’s saying but it makes no real sense. You can extrapolate that to any historical event. Is it bad to make a 9/11 movie, or a films exploring police brutality, or war? Where does it stop, should movies only ever be completely fictional? Is that even possible?
