@MakeMyBlinds All bar one of my orders is missing from my account. January 2022 I asked you to rectify this, you didn't. March 2023 I have a problem with a blind and it's taken over 2 weeks for you to find the original order but you still haven't made my replacement. Come On!

The detail of the window frame is visible through their photo and you can’t even see the frame of our window through ours. Not to mention due to the thick lining they have used, the colour is now cream and not white (see 3rd photo). 3/5 @MakeMyBlinds

@MakeMyBlinds I am very disappointed with the delivery company that make my blinds use. My delivery has beat the depot since Monday. I got reassurance that it would be delivered to day but as of 11.11am it was still at the depot. Live chat has also been unavailable all morning

@ryandance93 Thanks for that, we can see that the team have reclarified by email and on the phone. The £72 would be the price pre 10% off, which then takes it to £65 - it looks to have been an issue with the site not updating correctly at the time on your phone which our team are looking into

@ryandance93 Hi, we’re sorry to hear this and on investigation can see that the price didn’t update on the product page when you typed the sizes in, the price of the blind was then shown when it entered the basket. Sorry for any confusion caused by this.

@MakeMyBlinds Awful service from @MakeMyBlinds! Got a quote last night for a blind on offer. When I tried to pay the price just happened to go up to £65 so I called this morning to try and get the offer to be told it didn’t exist. Poor customer service.
