@ryandance93 Hi, we’re sorry to hear this and on investigation can see that the price didn’t update on the product page when you typed the sizes in, the price of the blind was then shown when it entered the basket. Sorry for any confusion caused by this.

I have two tickets for Jack Whitehall (Wembley arena) on Thursday 10th. They were complimentary so I don’t want any money for them as long as they are used

@Gemmarichards_ @virginmedia Virgins customer service is awful. I have been waiting over 18weeks for an internet issue to be sorted and no one on the phone is willing to help or give accurate dates for the problem to be sorted.

@virginmedia tonight was the final straw. Ringing up for the 6th time to be told they are just going to get there supervisor, get put on hold for 20 minutes once waited 30 minutes for someone to pick up and they pick the phone back up and hang up!!!! Absolute disgrace!!!!

@virginmedia I have never received such bad customer service in my life until we had an issue with our tv and Wi-fi! We have spent over 4 hours of our time on the phone, made a complaint and have had no communication from virgin!!!!!

@virginmedia Hi, I have bee waiting for a new line to be installed as there is a fault somewhere but all I get told is it will be sorted in 6 to 8 weeks. I have waited over 18werks now and I am spending a fortune on extra data on my wife’s and my mobiles. All I want is this sorted.

The fact that @virginmedia thing it acceptable to let me wait first 8weeks for work to be done on my internet then another 8weeks with still no work being done is a joke! I have been waiting since the beginning of may! It’s not acceptable.
