@EVPuzzle @EufyOfficial @MixergyLtd Ohh it's not common, I have had a non-functioning solar / battery install for over a month now, the team at @MakeMyHouseGrn have been awful 😢 Which is a shame because up till the install they were pretty good.

I'm happy to call out bad service, but I'm also very pleased to praise great service. I must applaud the support team and engineers at @EufyOfficial I raised a battery drain issue 3 days ago, great communication and today a firmware fix was pushed to the cameras 👍😁
