Work Bullying UK

Scotland has recently made domestic abuse illegal ... I emailed all Scots MPs asking to widen this to make work place abuse illegal - and all ignored me.

@acasorguk I have read this guidance ... and sadly it has no spine - employers can trash it ... There is no real help for those bullied in the work place.

I emailed every Scottish MSP on the topic of workplace abuse / harrassment - and none will help / look into the matter.

@acasorguk But what happens when a manager damages an employee's health with their abusive behaviour ? Managers are sadly not accountable.

The bullied employee has no help - work colleagues will disappear as they fear for their own jobs.

Bullying in the workplace needs direct proactive help ... as the victims can't help themselves ... As the bully tends to be the boss - reporting a bullying boss can result in losing your job.

Bullying in the workplace is a hidden issue - with most bullying campaigns aimed at children and young adults.

@bullyinguk This also happens in the work place ... where the bystanders are fellow employees - to scared to speak up in case they loose their job
