I’ve been streaming on Kick for over two years now, and it has been an amazing experience. I truly love the community we’ve built here. However, recently during an IRL livestream in Pakistan, I contracted dengue, which put me out of commission and even landed me in the hospital at times. After this, my KPP took a massive hit down by nearly 80–90% which has made IRL streaming almost impossible for me. I’ve spoken with several streamers who average fewer viewers than I do, yet they receive significantly higher payouts. No matter how many viewers I have or how strong the chat engagement is, my payout remains the same. I’ve tried reaching out to support multiple times to understand what I might be doing wrong, but I only receive automated responses. I genuinely need someone from the Kick team to clarify what’s going on with my account and to let me know if it’s possible for a team member to reach out to me directly. I’ve put myself in risky situations and constantly pushed myself this year to deliver better content.
