July 2019 we found out our MGR speakers' stories reached 30,481 young people, front line workers and members of the military community. This brought the total audience number to a jaw dropping 53, 487 since starting in 2016. For more photos head over to our other platforms.

Jack spoke at Central Bedfordshire College about ways we cope with challenges and the helpful strategies we use. Discussions are a great way of creating shared knowledge – if your usual go-to coping strategy isn’t working, why not ask a friend what they do and give it a try?

Our speakers have been busy this last half term sharing their stories in schools across the UK. We loved this feedback from our visit to @RydeAcademy - speakers Spike and Luke inspired resilience, and awareness of the achievements people living with a disability are capable of.
